Russell E. Ingledew has been working in the accounting profession for 15 years. In 1984 he began as a staff accountant for a local CPA firm in San Diego, California after graduating from the University of Hawaii with a 3.60 GPA. In 1986 he became a licensed CPA in California. Before opening his own practice in 1987, Russell worked as a tax manager for a mid-sized firm in La Mesa, California. This position gave him extensive experience serving the needs of small business and individuals. Here he specialized in tax planning and return preparation for a wide range of clients. He prepared financial statements, tax returns and provided advice to a clientele of growing businesses and individuals with complex requirements. Clients were impressed with his interpersonal skills and technical expertise.
